For 30 years at BMW he was responsible for strategy, planning, production, plant management and Managing Director in various positions (D, ZA). Danach war er 5 Jahre Vorstandsmitglied bei Jaguar Land Rover, verantwortlich für die weltweite Produktion, Markteinführung und Logistik (UK).
