Procedure
  • Scope and kick-off
    Coordination of current problem, focus topics, definition of core team and execution of kick-off
  • Complete overview of the problem
    Process walk-through overall value stream, high-level process and problem understanding, initial discussion of causes, approaches and classification of key issues (usually on site)
  • Data analysis
    Inspection and analysis of the available project data, validation of completeness, data quality and significance with regard to the problem definition
  • Prioritization of key topics
    Addition of necessary measures, prioritization and update of key topics and start of processing (control: ticket system)
  • Ticket system
    All measures are documented, controlled and tracked on tickets (measure, assessable effect, measurement criteria, responsibility, deadline)
  • Processing of tickets
    Processing of activities to resolve key issues in cross-functional teams, prompt review of target achievement and ensuring sustainability
  • Reporting
    Monitoring of tickets, forecast of target achievement, measurement of the impact on the overall system after implementation and identification of any necessary additional activities

 

Result
