Procedure
  • Scope and kick-off
    Definition of areas to be optimized, take-off basis, metrics for target achievement, core team, timeline and kick-off implementation
  • Analysis of current status
    Coordination of procedure in the core team and with the interfaces, inspection of the E2E (end 2 end) and chalk circle processes, analysis and plausibility check of the existing database, summary of observations and prioritization of focus topics
  • Pilot area (point – core team)
    Implementation of in-depth process and data analyses, derivation of solution approaches, detailed elaboration of measures, process simulation, active implementation, validation of results and proof of target achievement
  • Implementation area (line – multipliers)
    Transfer and scaling of methodology to larger area and, if necessary, integration of additional key topics, accompanying calibration of methodology and training of multipliers as well as proof of target achievement
  • Roll-out (area – trainer)
    Gradual roll-out across additional areas, value streams and locations, adaptation to specific circumstances, qualification of trainer team and establishment of monitoring system to measure results and qualification standards
